If you still have the same problem after rebuilding the data file. Please do what is written below.


  1. Click Edit, then Find.

  2. Choose the tab for "Advanced."

  3. Choose Detail Level and Summary only from the filter.

  4. Choose Online Status from the filter, and then choose Online to Send from the drop-down menu.

  5. Now Find the paychecks by clicking Find.

  6. Write down the details of the pay and send them to Excel.

  7. Start with the first check on the list.

  8. Click on Paycheck Detail.

  9. In the Earnings section of Review Paycheck, put the same earning item as the last earning item.

  10. A message that says "Net Pay Locked" appears. To get rid of the message, click "No."
